About the clinic
After living and practicing physical and manual therapy on Sint Maarten for almost eight years, Peter opened ProPhysio in 2019. Together with his brother Remi and extensive local support, he transformed an apartment building in Cole Bay, using discarded materials left behind after Hurricane Irma, into the ProPhysio Clinic. The practice officially opened its doors in May 2019.
As demand for therapy increased following the pandemic, Peter and Sebastiaan combined forces in January 2022, merging Physical Solutions with ProPhysio and further strengthening the clinic’s presence on the island. Remi joined the team that same year, followed by Naomi in 2023 and Danique in 2025.
Today, ProPhysio operates from two locations on Sint Maarten. The Cole Bay clinic, owned by Peter, is staffed by Peter, Remi, Naomi and Danique. The Philipsburg location is owned by Sebastiaan, and Danique also works there.
We are a professional and collaborative team, dedicated to providing high-quality care across both locations.
